Founded in December 2003, Nantong Dazhong Gas Company was a joint venture of Nantong Gas General Company and Shanghai Dazhong Gas Company Limited. This company is mainly engaged in pipelined gas business in Nantong urban area. At present, this company has a daily town gas production capacity of 150,000 cubic meters, and a daily liquefied gas mixed with air production capacity of 15,000 cubic meters. It possesses gas pipes of 898 km long and 130,000 pipelined gas users, which is equivalent to an annual sale volume of town gas of 63.13 million cubic meters.

Founded in April 2004, Shanghai Chongming Dazhong Gas Company was a joint venture of Shanghai Dazhong Gas Investment and Development Company Limited and Chongming State Assets Management Commission. The former of the company was Chongming Gas Administration Office. This company is mainly engaged in pipelined gas and bottled LPG business in Chongming area. Currently, the Company possesses 6 LPG tank cars with a loading capacity of 6 tons each, 10 horizontal tanks and storage spheres, large and small, with a total storage capacity of 650 tons, and 180,00 gas users in total. The annual sales volume of bottled LPG charged was 480,000 bottles and 2.30 million cubic meters of pipelined gas were sold yearly.

Founded in July 1996, Shanghai Songjiang Natural Gas Company was a joint venture of the former Songjiang County People’s Government and Shanghai Dazhong Gas Company Limited. This company is mainly engaged in pipelined natural gas within the Songjiang district. Currently, the company possesses a natural gas pipe of over 900 km long and more than 90,000 users with an annual gas sales volume of 89 million cubic meters.
