1 Never promote and sell any gas appliance at user's premise. 5 When maintenance is conducted at user's premise, “Five Items” working mode shall be carried out, which means that serviceman shall bring a pair of shoe covers for entering user's premise and a cloth pad for maintenance works, shall conduct a safety education activity for the user and shall leave a business card for contact when maintenance is finished, and then shall make a revisit for checking service quality.
2 Accountability system is adopted. 6

Never sell any marketing symbol or unqualified product in market.

3 In case user reports gas leakage for repairing, the serviceman shall arrive to the spot and begin rush repair within 45 minutes for the user inside inner ring road, or within 90 minutes when the user is outside inner ring road. 7

Collect all fees according to definite price list and issue invoice accordingly. If the same default appears again within three months after the gas appliance is repaired, further repair is free of charge. Moreover, material for repair rework shall not be charged within six months after the gas appliance is repaired

4 Installation shall be done within 7 working days from the date when a new user pays the fee of installation. When the installation is appointed in advance at user's premise, the appointment shall be made within a half day and the installation works shall be done within the appointed time.
