Service discipline Service Norm

“Six Musts”

1、must wear employee badge when working at post
2、must receive visitor initiatively and warmly
3、must offer friendly and handy service for the public
4、must insist on the principle of “Quality First”
5、must strictly observe relevant regulations and codes
6、must strictly implement service norm

“Six Prohibitions”

1、“Stiff, cold and rude” attitude to user is prohibited.
2、Arbitrary charge is prohibited
3、It is prohibited to connecting or installing gas facilitieswithout authorization.
4、Abuse of gas for personal gains is prohibited
5、It is prohibited to ask user to do something for the worker ofthe Company
6、Hard and tie-in sale is prohibited

General requirements:

distinct badge, uniform clothing, observing regulation, civilized talk.

Service norm for various posts

1. Counter post
Politely deal with visitor while standing up; answer question patiently; return all certificates and bills to user clearly without any mistake; kindly tell user your job number and ask for keeping contact way for both parties; never delay appointed work.

2. Cashier post
Announce received and changed amount clearly; handle certificate, bill and money correctly.

3. Repairing post with telephone
Actively declare worker's status and repairing issue at user premise; strictly observe the time limit of repairing service. Ordinary repair shall be done within 4 hour after receipting report; in case of gas leakage, service worker shall arrive on the spot inside inner ring road within 45 minutes or arrive on the spot outside inner ring road within 90 minutes; service charge shall be collected in accordance with the prescribed items and rates, and the serviceman shall present price list and issue invoice accordingly; the serviceman shall guarantee the quality of repair without any rework caused by gas leakage, and shall strictly implement the “Five Items” working mode during repairing work.

4. Installing and repairing post
Never delay appointed work; actively declare worker's status and job at user's premise; guarantee the quality of service without any rework caused by gas leakage; when the work is finished, collect all residual materials and clean up the site.

5. Measuring and evaluating post
Never delay appointed measuring and evaluating work at user's premise; actively declare worker's status and job at user's premise; conduct measurement and evaluation correctly and reasonably; meet user's requirement as far as possible.

6. Meter reading post
Actively and politely declare worker's status; actively inform the consumption of gas to user after meter reading; if the user is not at site and meter cannot be read, estimate the reading of meter; put gas bill in user's mail box or other appointed place at residential user's premise within 2 days from the meter reading date.
